About Me
Solving Problems with Passion While Delighting the User
I Create Products That Fill Needs
UX Researcher & Designer
As I reflect on my journey in UX Research, I am reminded of the incredible opportunity I had to learn from the mastermind himself, David Kelley, founder of IDEO, during my time at Stanford University. He instilled in me the importance of truly understanding the problems of the user and defining the intended audience when designing a product. Today, as a UX researcher, I employ strategies from Teresa Torres’ book Continuous Discovery Habits to ensure a thorough and iterative research process. Customer needs, pain points, and desires are opportunities to make a positive impact in their lives. My approach starts with a desired outcome, a business need that reflects how my team can create value.
To explore the opportunity space, I focus on understanding user needs, pain points, and desires. I collaborate with my team to create solutions addressing these opportunities, test those solutions, and gather user feedback. Based on the insights gathered, we iterate on the solutions and repeat the cycle. This continuous discovery process enables us to develop products and experiences that truly resonate with users and create business value. I am eager to continue honing and applying these skills to contribute to organizations that share my passion for user-centered design and prioritize customer needs, creating experiences that delight and engage users.
